and property repossession service to
individuals and businesses who have problems with recovery of money and
property.
Our service operates in England and Wales and includes:
- A full assessment of the claim
circumstances.
- Informing the Claimant as to the
court process and court procedures.
- Detailed preparation of the court forms
& documents for the issuing of proceedings.
- Forwarding a Notice Prior To Action to
the Defendant prior to proceedings being issued.
- Filing of forms & documents and the
court fee at court.
- Advising the Claimant of the date if
issue of proceedings.
- Further advising the Claimant on court
responses and Defendant responses.
- Providing assistance to the Claimant
for the completion of all court documents forwarded from the court.
- Appointing the
court bailiffs for the enforcement of
judgments and/or the repossession of property as required.
- Providing the Claimant with support in
respect of court appearances.
- Providing detailed advice and support
to the Claimant at all stages of the claim procedures by email, telephone or
post.
As soon as your claim details are
received by way of the appropriate response form (for property repossession go
to repossession form and for small claims
go to small claim form)an advisor will be
allocated to you who will make contact with you as quickly as possible.
Your claim will be immediately assessed and you will be advised as to:
- The next stage in the procedure.
- The essential information which you
must assemble.
- Confirmation of the Court fee and
administration charges and how to pay them.
As soon as the court fee and
administration cost are cleared at our bank we will:
- Send by post a Notice Prior to Action
to the Defendant.
- Advise you of the final date whereby
the Defendant can make payment if proceedings are to be avoided.
- Issue the proceedings if the Defendant
fails to forward your funds to you.
N.B
If the Defendant pays you in full prior to the issue of proceedings your Court
Fee will be immediately refunded in full.
If proceedings are issued you
will receive by email a confirmation directly from the court. At this stage the
Defendant has the option to pay the claimed amount in full. Interest,
court fee and administration charges will have
been added to the claim.
