claim are not discussed with Defendant's without the express permission of the

- The client is able to effect
alterations or deletions to information on our files by either telephoning us

- Client names, addresses and email
details are NOT revealed to marketing, promotional or telesales companies or to
spammers.
- Identification details are established
prior to telephone discussions in respect of client details.
- Clients are informed of all
correspondence, telephone enquiries in respect of their matters and permission
is obtained from clients prior to any response.
The information which we hold on file is
restricted to the following:

- Telephone numbers
- Email address
- Claim details including financial
loss
- Defendant details
